I can no longer point my left foot or stand on my toes. I used to dance and this had never been a problem. Over the past year my left foot has lost its flexibility. It is the also the foot with corns. So far I have had no problems with my right side. I have been doing aerobics for 10 years and don't know if it is from impact and improper balance. Any problems I have are on my left foot. I read that I need to stretch out my calves and I have been trying that. I have experimented with different shoes. I also have a part-time job in retail standing all the time and I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I am at a loss and would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
