heel pain

After suffering for 2 years with planter fasciitis in both feet I've taken up horseriding again (after a 10 year spell).
I have stopped taking daily pain killers.
The stretch of keeping your heels down when riding keeps tension through the arch while protecting the foot from shock and weight bearing.
I can finally have a daily exercise program again.
High risk acivity - but it has given me an improved quality of life.
