: I wonder if you could help me. I have just had my feet tested and I have been told by my local gym that I overpronate, I have also bought some new trainers to help with this problem, however the pain under my arch is still occurring when running. I also have the same problem if I wear flat shoes. It is getting to the point where sometimes in the morning my arches hurt. Do you think I need to stop running altogether? : Hope you can help.
