Re: Underpronate? and bones shifting, ouch!

You might be describing supination which is the opposite of pronation. This certainly may lead to ankle instability. The other pain you describe in the ball of your foot may ne a Morton's neuroma.

Orthotics might help both your problems, but they need to be accurate and posted correctly.
