The knee pain no longer exists as long as I wear the orthotics, however since the alignment has changed something else has happened. When I run or sprint (which is normally on grass surface with football boots) I get a sensation that the ball of my foot collapses, the pain is dredful, I cant put any wait on the foot as it dosnt seem to support me. There is no swelling, or bruising and when Im not in a running or sprinting motion it feels fine. As a result of trying not to put severe pressure on the area, my ankles have become very weak also.
Im terribly frustrated and it is affecting my life. I compete at a very high level in my field of sport and am unable to train or compete with the team.
Could you please advise what the problem could possibly be, and if you have any strengthening exercises that would be of use.
