bumps on heels

i am 26 and i am very concerned about the bumps on my heels. They don't hurt but i'm curious to know what they are. i recently looked up your sight and read a message from sc written on Aug 19 002. The same thing is occuring with me where the bumps only appear when their is pressure on the heel. I've had them since i was 10.
