: many appologies if i appeared rude wondering where answers to queries were. i genuinly didnt understand the format. have got it now and will be patient!

: thankyou so much for your reply saying it sounds like plantar faciilitis, however i have not at any time had pain in my heels. the pain started in left foot under arch, and i noticed that there was small swollen lump at rear of arch, like varicose vein type thing. it has now moved on to both feet with pain situated mainly round arches but is hard to tell which makes me curl up my toes as i walk as it hurts. some days are better than others. could this still be the above. if so i will not bother you again and go to g.p. thankyou for your kindness.

Worn daily for a few minutes to several hours, the night splint, over time has been clinically proven to reduce the pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis and other overuse injuries of the lower leg.
