Re.. archilles tendonitis

Could you give me some input on archilles tendonitis with a spur and a heel spur all on the left foot and then plantar fascitis on the right foot ...I am in a great deal of pain and with my work I am on my feet for 8 hours and I recently had tripped and fell and had a lateral collateral ligament strain and tissue damage...this is two months ago and I am back to work but in great deal of pain thanking you in advance...Ann
