Re: post mortons neuroma surgery

I HAD MOTON'S NEUROMA SURGERY 2 WEEKS AGO. I WAS NEVER TOLD NOT TO WALK ON THE FOOT. IT IS STILL VERY PAINFUL AND HAVE DEVELOPED A LARGE KNOT ON THE BOTOOM OF MY FOOT WHICH IS AS PAINFUL AS THE ORIGINAL NEUROMA. THE SURGERY WAS DONE TO THE TOP OF THE FOOT. ANY SUGGESTIONS AS WHAT I COULD DO FOR THE "KNOT"?
