A lovely genetic gift from my father is rather long toes and over the years I’ve stubbed these long toes thousands of times. Well, my second toe (the one right next to the big toe) on my left foot has formed an issue. Many years back I had this one toe stepped on repeatedly by a horse, stubbed it into walls and, just recently, landed on it when jumping over a fence. After being repeatedly abused, the lower half of my toe, it seems anyway, is permanently swollen. It doesn’t hurt and it still moves but the swelling has never gone down. I don’t know if that normal or if I should have a doctor look at it.
