Ankle and Heel pain

I have been a waitress for three years. In the beginning, I noticed my feet would hurt terribly after a shift, but they always returned to normal after I gave them a break. Now, however, I have realized that my feet will hurt for days after a shift...sometimes so badly that I find it is hard to even walk on them. I do not work long shifts anymore, usually 3 to 4 hours, and my foot pain seems to be worse than ever. I'm not sure what to do. If it was both feet that would be one thing, but it seems to be mainly my left foot. Any ideas?

The proprietary gel also provides extra protective padding to help comfort the pain caused by metatarsal soreness. May be used for relieving the burning sensation under the metatarsal heads, calluses and tarsal fat pads.
