Our son is very concerned about his almost one year old daughter. Faith. She has suddenly broke out with blisters on the bottom of her feet. I think that the mother a crack head is letting the little girl walk around bare footed on pavement??? Or something else is going on. We are concerned about meningitis. Our son does not yet have custody of his daughter, but has her on a regular basis, so we advised him to take her to a local hospital in Southern Oregon. Any help you could give would be apprieciated very much. Thank You connie Porter
