i dont know

last friday (Aug 18th) when i took my shoe off my foot hurt. the next day it hurt more and it was swollen, so because i suspected a stress fracture i went to the doctor. he did some different things with my foot and said it was tendonitis. then he said take ibuprofen and keep the toes wrapped for a week. the pain is mostly over the second metatarsal bone although lately its like the whole foot and sometimes goes up into the ankle. its worse at night or after lots of walking. has anyone had this? i dont know what i did to do it but i do play sand volleyball, walk a lot at work, so it could pry be any one of them. it is now a week later and there's still pain. the symptoms closely mimic either tendonitis or a stress fracture. he never performed an x-ray because he felt it was unnecessary and thats pry the only way to know (although fractures dont usually show for awhile). just wondering what other people think.

A layer of gel combined with a foot cover to help protect metatarsals and toes from friction and pressure. It also ideal for cushioning the ball of foot and provides warmth for people suffering from arthritis or poor circulation to the toes.
