work in nursing home,restorative lifting, started with tripping over unautherized placement of wheel chair,since then spine problems the hiatal hernia, the 1 knee (PAIN)> ending so far with EXTREME PAIN on bottom of whole feet,(burning feeling Extreme pain HELP
