Navicular bone is shifting

I have a lot of arch pain and have noticed by navicular bone is starting to protrude more out than it used to. I don't have an accesory navicular bone...(have had x-rays done) I was told the bone can start to move . My arch also seems a bit flatter than before, but I am not flat footed. The arch started to collapse during my pregnancy.
I have tried EVERYTHING to fix my feet including, ice, acupuncgture, massage, deep tissue massage, ART, Graston, shockwave, and the list goes on. I find standing is worse than walking.. I also have the heel pain but the arches are worse.

Please give me any info. you can about this navicular bone thing and how important of a part it plays in my arch pain.

Oh I also have tried 9 differnt pairs of orthotics. I have probably spent roughly 7000-8000 dollars on my feet so far.

Please help.
