if i set on foot untill it falls aslepp for a period of time is it possbile for me to break it when i walk on it i had never being cast or used crutches, my classmate had used crutches with there sprain ankle should i deman that i begiving crutches or my ankle was bad enough require the use of crutches all i know the sprain hurted as hell the sprain happend a year ago it wasnt broken as they took x-rays
