Re: toeing out

Toeing out can be due to several different factors. The hips, legs or feet can be the cause. Orthotics can treat the problem in a younger patient, but it is not very likely to be able to change established gait, muscle and bone relationships in an adult.

If the problem is muscle tightness, then perhaps a stretching /flexibility program could be helpful. A physical therapist might be a thought. Even yoga or Pilates might help with that.
