Bunionectomy

I had a bunionectomy on 3/13, it's been 4 weeks and i still walk around with my air casr boots- the doctor told me to keep ff my foot which i did and always prop them up when i sit down and go to bed, bt i stll have the numbness and fullness on my big toe. is it normal? will it go away? please advise i am kind of concern now.. when i stand for a short period of time, my leg hurt so bad and my foot starts to tingle then the numbness will come in..
