I stay on my feet a lot, and a couple of months ago, I started noticing pain near my arch area, but on the heel. It is on both feet, same spot, and it is a burning pain at times. Also, my on the top of my left foot, I have numbness on the area between where my 2nd and big toe are, which is scary. I am almost in constant pain and inserts, topical medication, and stretches don't bring relief. When I have been sitting for a while and start to walk, my feet feel very stiff also. I am going to see a podiatrist but wonder if you have any idea what this could be? |
