I recently had surgery on both feet for Morton's neuroma; it was the "new" technique (Isogard??) where the small incision is made between the toes and a narrow instrument enters the foot and clips the ligament. It has been four weeks today and I still cannot walk except in sneakers. The pain is awful; it feels just like the pain of the neuroma, only worse. I cannot put any weight on the ball of my left foot at all. I know this surgery is supposed to be great and recovery is supposed to be fast. What possibly is going on here? Thanks!!
