Re: ankle

No, I have not been treated for this.

The diagnosis, in mine and others opinions, was a second degree sprain given the intense and located pain, the duration of swelling and most of all I felt some pops when I rolled it.

I have not seen a physical therapist yet, I do not have insurance.

The swelling is very minor and the ankle is getting stronger on its own accord but at a considerably slow pace [2 months now since I rolled it]. But as I have written to you before, I do alot of walking in my job and I do not get ANY nights off. I am currently wearing an air brace [but only for the last month, I did not have it for the first month post injury].
