foot drop

i have ms, my right foot has dropped. whilst i am sat in wheelchair or armchair with shoes on it is not a problem. i need a support that i can wear in bed to keep the foot in the correct position, do you have any suggestions please? i have asked local help teams but they are so busy that after 10 weeks i have had no reply. i would like to do something before it gets any worse.
