So there is nothing too abnormal about this being swollen a couple months later?

There appear to be no deformities and there is no discoloring only a slight bulge, would you recommend continuing Range of Motion exercises or to stop and wait until swelling completely goes down?

At what point would Isometric or Resisted Strengthening begin?
