Edema

Due to my using a power wheelchair all day for 6 years, I have developed swelling(edema) in my ankles & calfs. Recently the edema has gotten quite bad in the fleshy area on top of both feet. It is often quite painful at the end of the day. Compression stockings are unuseable due my greatly reduced upper body strength. Can you recommend a product that provides repetitive and sequential air pressure to move the fluids toward the heart?
