Pain in right side of foot w/tingling, numbness up leg

I've been to a podiatrist. He took x-rays and ruled out morton's neuroma. He said i have a small bone spur on right pinky toe but doesn't think that's anything. Said to ice it and rest which I've been doing to no relief.
I originally had an itching and what felt like a little bump where the pain
is coming from and I was pushing on it. I noticed after that is when the pain started. Help! I don't know if I should see another podiatrist. I am experiencing shooting pains up right leg and I cannot really walk that much. Any ideas as to what they might suggest it is. Thank you.
