Re: Ankle Pain

i have a ruptured ligament in my ankle and i have either achilles tendonitis or an inflammed tendon next to the achilles. i am wondering if there is anything you can recommend doing to help heal or rememdy both problems. i am currently in mid season on a basketball team and am not prepared to take an extended rest. thank you
