Re: Black toe nail

Dear Sir,

I am a 43 years old( male). My problem is when I do brisk walking or joging my toe nails become black, starting from the main toe nail.I feel like I am putting pressure on my toes ,but this is just the way I feel.I dont feel any pain on the nails except the main toe nails of both my feet.Recently I was diagnosed with blood pressure and the doctor wanted me to walk a lot ,but my problem is all my toe nails have become black after I started walking and I am unable to wear sandles as it looks ugly.
