I tore my achillies tendon 10/31/96, did not recover completley but was able to play college ball one last year. Now it is 2005, I havent been active in a year. Went to the gym, worked with a trainer and now my ankle and my achillies tendon is swollen in one spot right above the heel. Should I get it checked out or should I just stretch more and then reduce my activity?
