Re: shin splints

Shin splints can be due to lack of shock absorption in your shoes, tendonitis, stress fracture of the tibia, swelling of the muscle compartments.

If you are trying to run in shoes that have more than 300-500 miles on them, then possibly getting new running shoes may help.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
