foot pain

i'm having burning heel pain and also gets shooting pain when i extend my feet. i saw podiatrist and he ruled out plantar facititis, but recommended shoes orthotics. i've been wearing it and i'm still having alot of pain. i'm nurse and on my feet all day at work. one of the doctor i work with recommended hapad site. there are so much selection on shoe insert - what do you recommend?? the podiatrist thought maybe i have some nerve issues. thank you!
