pain from the scar after a bunionectomy and screw removal

I had a biunionectomy in January. I went to 3 months og physical therapy because I was unable to flex my toe and from weakness in the foot. My dr. decided to remove them. He thought this was the cause for the pain in my foot and scar. They removed the screws 4-5 weeks ago. I am still in pain in the scar area and there are tiny bumps going down the scar. This time for the removal he put real stiches in the foot instead of dossolvable, thinking that could have been causing me pain. This pain occurs when there is anything touching the scar.
