Foot Question

Dear Abrams, In my recent message on my foot turns on the outer side when I walk,could it be cause by nerve damage to the peripheral or peroneal nerve.I was also told that I have a large Osteochondral Defect,could this Defect be cause by having RSD for 14 years,I also have Foot drop too.Doctor could RSD cause all these symptoms I mentioned above,any help will be appreciated.
