My Son is Having a Flat Foot

Hi,
My son , who is 20 yrs old is having a flat foot on his left foot. The 'arch' is completely missing.
Me and my wife only realised it about a year ago when we read an article in the newspaper .
He is a sportsman and now has to restrict his involment because he is having pain on his knee.
He is also facing difficulty in running because his left foot cannot roll ( land on the heel and push with the fingers ) . Due to the absencce of the arch, he has to land flat when running . If it is medically possible, I am determine to correct this.
Please help !

Softens and remove corns in a most comfortable way. It is ideal to help relieve pain on a toe or finger affected by corns, blebs, blisters, hammertoes, calluses and digital traumas.
