: You didn't say if this pain came all of a sudden and how long you have had it. You also did not mention if there is any shoe that makes it better. I recommend you see a podiatrist and get an X-ray and exam. To see is to know, not to see is to guess.

I'm sorry--the pain has been present about a year and a half, gets worse the longer I am on my feet; feels better with strong support,worse with minimum support.
