I need some help with my ankle

Over a year ago i was in a cheerleading aciident. In ended up fracturing my heel bone and spraining my ankle. I have been to physical therapy as well as a new form of Europian shock therapy. I still feel alot of pain on the outside of my right ankle. I can not run or do anything extremely active or else it gives out on me. I am only 16 and can't do alot of the activities that I used to. whenever i do anything active, it gets very swollen as well and i cant really put any pressure on it. I have been for an mri as well as xrays and nothing is showing up. can someone please help me with my pain!!
