I have on the inside of both feet directly down from the main foot bone some sort of bone growth. On one foot it hurts a little. I dont remember it always being on both feet. On the one that hurts I remember I had to go get exrays when I was about 7 or 8 years old. The doctor said I just had to stop wearing high top shoes. I dont know if it went away but after not wearing high tops it stopped hurting. I hadnt even really noticed it much until recently when the chiropractor asked about it as it seems to make my one leg lean more to the inside. Do you know what this could be or what I can do for it.
Worn daily for a few minutes to several hours, the night splint, over time has been clinically proven to reduce the pain and discomfort of plantar fasciitis and other overuse injuries of the lower leg.
