4th toe deformity

On my right foot, the fourth toe actually sits on top of my foot. It doesn't line up like the other toes. My left is fine. My mom said she started to notice this when I was around 5 years old.
I was wondering if anyone out there has this or knows someone who has this so I can get some information on what it could be, how they were treated, maybe has some pics so I could compare to mine. I am too poor to go to a doctor (even for a consult) so I am trying to gather info so I can eventually fix the problem.
