Re: broken toe

: I broke my toe a while ago. It was very crooked before the swelling. Well, I taped it to my big toe in the hopes it would straighten and heal, but after some weeks i took the bandage off and it was still crooked. the swelling was gone and i just thought it healed that way. to this day i like to run and excercise and my toe is sensitive especially on the end in front of my toe nail if i push on it straight on. Could it still be broken or can i still straighten it?

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
