Re: Heel Spur PAIN!!

: I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis...had several cortisone shots, took NSAIDS, tried orthotics, ultrasound therapy and shock waves. The pain is still present and radiates up to lower back area. My alignment is off and I have great pain. As surgery is a last resort, what else can I do? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks a lot.

Thanks. I think that the pain in my lower back stems from the problems with my feet. The pain has caused me to walk differently and my gait is off....the back pain seems to coinside with the feet. Does that make sense? I am going to try a night splint and arch braces.
