Feet, knees much better

For quite a few years, I had pain in my feet and my "trick" knees would "go out" and be swolen and very painful for days/weeks. Physical therapy did nothing. Ibuprofin helped a little, but high doses upset my stoumach.
I saw a Podiatrist, and after a few visits, he made plaster casts of my feet. From these, he had corrective shoe inserts made. Insurance helped pay.
I'm 90-95% better, and have very few times when my feet are sore. The knees are soo much better now.
Finding the right doctor, and the right treatment for your issues, can make your whole outlook so much brighter. I would not think of walking without my inserts!
Sometimes, some of our problems can be solved with "simple" treatments. I know of a person who buys Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts, which worked for their heel soreness.

Sometimes the remedy is not in a pill, but in finding the right doctor who can best treat your needs.
