I started walking (excerising) a couple of weeks and I got a pain on the bottom of my foot, just below the 2nd and 3rd toe (counting from the big toe). It was a burning sensation that I first thought was a blister. I stopped walking, but the pain persisted. It now feels as though there is a knot on the bone just below the toes. It really hurts when pressed. I've stopped walking for 2 weeks, but that doesn't seem to help. Any idea what this is? Would a cushioned insole help the healing process?
