I can not tell for sure. You might also have a stress fracture. What to do? As frustrating as my mantra is- "to see is know not to see is to guess," it is true- There is much knowledge gained by observation and touch that is certainly not available on the internet. Besides, folks posting questions always think they can give a bit of information and a diagnosis will appear. It is never that easy.

Go see a podiatrist or orthopedist.
