Persistant Pain Injured Ankle

I twisted my ankle 1 yr ago and have had two surgeries, Capral Tunnel Syndrome and removal of soft tissure and shaving of peroneous tendon. I still have severe pain when walking or standing. Driving seems to irritiate it as well. The pain is so severe that I feel faint if I dont sit down. I have had extenseive Physical therapy. Operative report suggested Os peroneum. Bone scan showed two dark areas. I am now in a cast for four weeks to see if that will help. Original xrays showed no break but 6 months later I was told I had two breaks. I am at a loss. I am unable to work or have fun. Any suggestions?

Specially developed for the treatment of plantar tendopathy. An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain.
