NERVE DAMAGE??HELP!

I have had bunion surgery almost a year ago in jan. I have had pain since underneath the sesamoid bone. One of the sesamoid balls are twice the size as the other looking pointed a bone spur should this have been removed during my first surgery? should it be removed now is it causing pain? I jammed my toes upward on the bottom of the counter 2 weeks after surgery could i have done damage to it? Looks like the sesamoid is still in place though on a recent xray one that is me on the ball of my foot with my toes curled in the position that i jammed it. Is that a legal xray? I have been to several doctors some think it's nerve damage i don't have feeling on the outside of my big toe and it's a sharp shooting 24/7 pain also when i walk it throbbs on the bottom. I'm lost and need some advice if i should get a surgery to see if the nerve can be fixed could this be Dorsomedial Cutaneous Nerve Syndrome? I'm in pain and it wont go away i'm all ready in orthodics and my lower back is also killing me PLEASE HELP! thank you mindy
