Re: warm wet sensation in my left foot

I get this too - - it comes and goes. It's exactly like you describe. Like you say, it's not painful and it hasn't gotten worse over about 10 years now. Sometimes it stops for months at a time, and sometimes it occurs 25x per day.

Somebody once suggested Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, but I don't know and didn't really have it checked out. Good luck finding an answer. Post back if you find anything interesting ...

(Tangentially "began running about 25 miles per week" implies that you're starting from a very low amount of base miles ... that's pretty much recipe for injury. You should increase your weekly mileage no more than 10% per week ... and usually less. I'm a runner too.)

The Silipos® Soft Sock™ is a two-layer sock carefully designed with a proprietary gel pad molded in between the two fabric layers at the sole to absorb and reduce friction, abrasion, shear forces, and moisture away from the foot. It is recommended for the diabetic, rheumatoid or insensitive foot.
