Foot Sprain

I sprained my foot about 5 weeks ago. When I first injured my foot I could not walk on my foot for about four days. My foot was swollen for about four weeks. The swellen has good down alot, but there is one spot on the side of my foot that is still very painful and swollen. The pain is around my ankle and on the side of my foot. I thought the pain would have been gone by now, but I'm still having problems. Is this normal? I had a bruise around my toes, but the bruise is finally gone. I'm having a hard time moving my foot a certain way. The pain really bothers me late at night and first thing in the morning. Please advise.

Lined with soft fabric on both sides, this ~2mm thick SiliposŪ proprietary gel pad is an excellent cushion to help relieve the burning sensation and discomfort of the five metatarsal heads of the foot (the ball-of-foot) by protecting the ball of foot from repeated friction and abrasion with the shoes.
