Re: Itchy bottoms of Feet

: I had a motor vehicle accident about 1 month ago. I sustained minor cervical and lumbar injuries. About two weeks after the accident, the bottoms of my feet started itching. I do not have any signs of a rash on the bottom of my feet. The itch seems to be worse at night. I have tried cortisone creams, benadryl ointments and lotions, the only thing that seems to help is ice. Please help!!
I have had this exact itching for the past 6 years. The itching occurs at night when I usually lay down to sleep. The only thing that helps is immersing my feet in a bucket of ice. I choose to do this because the itching can be so severe it makes me feel like I'm going out of my mind to get relief. I do not see any rashes on the bottoms of my feet either. Another thing that can help if my husband pops the bottom of my feet (like little airpocket bubbles inside my feet pop) as he messages them. This helps some too. Please HELP, I need relief!!

Lined with soft fabric on both sides, this ~2mm thick SiliposŪ proprietary gel pad is an excellent cushion to help relieve the burning sensation and discomfort of the five metatarsal heads of the foot (the ball-of-foot) by protecting the ball of foot from repeated friction and abrasion with the shoes.
