Unfortunately, what you describe is something that can occur with and after pregnancy. You may need to have permanent removal of your ingrown nails. You might also need an orthotic as the hormones that are secreted (relaxin) weaken the ligaments. This and the weight gain help cause the other problems. If your foot doctor is not addressing your concerns, see another.
