RE: 2004 Diabetic Shoe City Conference
Dear Doctor,
I am writing this letter to introduce myself, and to inform you of a great money making opportunity in the podiatry market.
My name is Danny Yanesh, I am the Operations Supervisor for Shoe City. We are now working with over thirty podiatrist throughout the United States. The way our program works is we are contacted by diabetic patients, as you know Medicare started the diabetic shoe program to help in the prevention of amputations.
Shoe City has mobile Podiatrists throughout the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. The Podiatrists are equipped with the latest technology to accurately fit diabetic shoes at the customers premise.
On January 9-10, 2004, Shoe City will host the First Annual Shoe City conference in Daytona Beach, Fla. This will be a two day event beginning with a reception at the Daytona Beach Hilton, Atlantic Room on Jan. 9 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The conference will be held in the Atlantic Room and will start at 8:00am ending at 5:00pm on Saturday Jan 10th, also at the Hilton. The conference will focus on the future aspirations of Shoe City. There will be shoe vendors displaying the latest shoes and inserts, as well as other products. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet all the players and see how this opportunity can improve your business case for 2004.
The conference will be held at the Hilton-Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, 2637 South Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, Fl 32118, 386-767-7350. It is strongly recommended that you stay at the Hilton, as we have negotiated special rates for the conference. Please call and make reservations stating that you are attending the Shoe City conference at the Hilton. All reservations must be made by December 12, 2003 ( see attached). If you need a rental car, please call Enterprise at 386-252-1224 and give them the corporate ID number 07A4988.
I feel this would be a great conference for you to see the benefits of diabetic shoe fitting and the opportunities this will bring to your practice. I have many Doctors throughout the country making a substantial income through our program.

If interested or if you have any questions feel free to call. Please RSVP by December 12, 2003 by calling 386-760-7004 and asking for Danny Yanesh..
