Freiburgs disease

I would really like to have replys from anyone who has had foot surgery and or has freibergs disease. i am 17 and in pain about 99% of the time, i have had special insoles for the past year and a half but they arent helping and steroids wear off really quickly so i am going to hav an opp sometime in the new year and i was just wandering if any one can tell me how good foot operations are and how long it will hurt afterwards.
